The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is right on the bus stop for the bus from the Railway Station. It is also very close to the promenade, allowing for easy access to the beach. it is near to the city centre, making it convenient for shopping and dining.
The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the furniture and fixtures were extremely poor, leaving much to be desired.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, being very close to St James' Street with a lot of good restaurants nearby. It was also very close to the beach and town, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel facilities were great, with a cd and dvd player in the bedroom, as well as wine glasses and wifi. The breakfast provided was excellent and really set me up for the day. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel very welcomed.
Could not be improved in any way.

This hotel is a great value for money with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, situated in a very good area close to St James' Street with a lot of good restaurants nearby in the center of the city. The staff at this hotel are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and some even have balconies with a nice view. The breakfast at this hotel is delicious, with local sausages included.
All was fine during my stay.
